Some awesome videos from the show last night:











I didn't shoot much video, and nothing as good as this. I spent most of my time just enjoying the show with my girlfriend.

Okay, so. Tonight Shelly and I journeyed into Brooklyn, and (after a nice dinner at a local Italian place) journeyed to the most hipster joint I've ever seen in my life. Seriously, I thought people only dressed like that in movies.

And then we saw Electric Six play live. Including "Gay Bar".

They announced main engine start, steam billowed out until you could barely see the shuttle anymore, and when they announced liftoff I didn't believe it. My tickets didn't arrive yesterday due to some weather delay in Memphis. (Everything FedEx handles goes through Memphis, seriously. I could ship something across the street and it'd be routed through Memphis.) I spent all day today waiting too, as I was told delivery should be by 3 today instead of by 3 yesterday.

Launch tickets/parking placard in good hands (thank you, aiela, a thousand times thank you!). I understand they're already dropped off at FedEx and on their way here. Rental car and hotel taken care of. Airline tickets acquired, flying down Thursday night, flying back Sunday night.
